272. "Steps to Justice."

Although I came very close to deleting this much appreciated still FREE outlet, an early evening tel call from a representative of one of my more valued causes, the CBC - with their objective to have the CBC retain its mandate as an open-minded, properly funded National Broadcaster  - has given me second, if not third, thoughts.

"Why delete your blog, it's free isn't it?" was his opinion. That very thought took me on a mental voyage in which I ran the gamut of angles to 'Things that are 'FREE.'  Water was once 'FREE.' Now it's more expensive than oil. Matches were once 'FREE.' Some recycling centers are still 'FREE.'
But under the guise of WHAT? Many are now making big bucks selling their collected 'FREE' goods.

However, just because it's 'FREE' should one take advantage of it? I'm still amazed how I can SKYPE my family for 'FREE.' I still remember a Skype email: "Congratulations you are one of our first 1 million users!" Some 10 years ago?  Still, behind the 'FREE' must lie a need, a purpose! So I have decided, rather than put my issues with the Legal System to bed, and let others nibble away at it, I will start a new chapter.

Borrowing the above title: "Steps to Justice" from another group's efforts towards improving the legal system, I am using it to take me on a freshly inspired journey.

I recently met an SRL who actually WON his case in the appeal court of The Tax Court of Canada! I believe he was rewarded the $30,000 he was claiming.  On entering the court room there were some details about "most cases don't even get this far," as in most people would have long given up by now....

How when his turn to speak came, he intently looked up at the judge, and, never wavering from his factual rhetoric impressed the man to the point so convincingly, he likely felt his conscience could not let the claimant go empty-handed.  Raising his eyebrows at the Tax Defence Counsel, this judge did the right thing that day, and sided with fact and Justice.

The above example, together with the phrase 'Steps to Justice,' is where my next energies will go.  By presenting the Rules of Law as exercised by its oath-bound Officers, while juxtaposing its many resulting hypocritical realities, I hope to render, if anything, at least a potential towards possible reform.

"Steps to Justice" lie in the eye of the beholder. Each conscience determines to be either truthful, or not! Too many consciences are betrayed for the sake of greed and status quo.  When meaning is lost, chaos reigns, and the devil take the hindmost.

This will be brief! I again tried to find Google Help to explain reasons as to the ins and outs of 'BOTS' versus REAL viewers.

My Stats show both viewers by Browser as well as by Equipment. These suggest, unless all are mechanical devices, that people from across the globe, with Canadians, then Americans at one and two, are taking note.

Still, with no one to actually share my thoughts with, all is becoming a rather lonely affair.

I wish Mr. PREZ Trump well. It should be a fascinating year.

Since I need not give Google my official notice....... I will let this sit and be for a while.    

270. 'WE' are soon 2B a Single Global Brain; then What?

I recently asked for Google help to explain the validity of views and viewer identity to this Blog, or any posting for that matter.  I have yet to receive a telling, acceptable response. At the backend of this blog 'account', a Map shows Views from Russia, every few weeks. Are these facts, as I see them, correct? How do I trust these stats? Who are the 'viewers,' from Canada, the United Sates, a speck of Europe, and RUSSIA!.

Where are the mounting numbers come from? 17 thousand 600 +views? At 'ZERO' followers, are these mere mechanical 'bots' making-me-believe human individuals are actually reading my views?

With ZERO followers, WHO, or WHAT is adding to these numbers? Never a Tweet or response from a live one! Nothing like: 'Hey, good on ye Jan.... Keep up the diatribe.... We're in on it...Liking your rhetoric. Now we don't have to complain, you are doing it for us. We feel better already. Thumbs up!'

Like the Selfie, am I expressing myself on some black-hole vortex? Am I being subtly manipulated to think my time and input expression is in fact READ by INDIVIDUALS?

But instead, could it be a manipulation that has become the ultimate art of a greater online deception?

Are the likes of Google and Facebook to become, if not already so, the new bible of reality? Is the Tweet of a quacking monosyllabic Donald Trump to become the essence and reality of our new existence?

Is Mankind THAT MUCH IN A QUANDARY it now requires a questionable, unethical billionaire's business man president, to reign over the free world?

These are strange times for mankind indeed.

There is a NEW REALITY at play. Are we all cast - quasi Hollywood style -  as the STAR in our own SELFIE movie?

Are we, unbeknown to ourselves, merely masturbating, in an attempt to feel a sense of belonging?

269. A New Year > A New Beginning?

2017! A new beginning of what will very likely be an earth-shattering and telling year for our so-called 'Democracies.' (Bring it on Donald! Sew your business seed!)

Having spent some 6 years actively interrogating our legal system and discovering it to be seriously corrupt without any legal accountability, based on an Appeal Judge supplying me with plenty of rhetoric as to why I was not entitled to an Appeal of my last claim's dismissal in which I held the Ministry of Justice responsible for a Justice's biased erring on a Rule. The Honourable Madam Justice Garson additionally included an 1870 Civil Service ruling of Judicial immunity, inherited through the common law of England (Yes folks, we all continue to be British subjects). "...judges have all the powers, rights, incidents, privileges and immunities ... that on March 29, 1870, were vested in the Chief Justice and the other Justices of the Court."  

There you have written proof that when push comes to shove, ultimately the Courts are ABOVE the Rule of Law. No wonder the 'FREE' Western world is being taken on by the turmoiled East.

It proves that most Democracies are corrupt at their core. Our so-called legal systems, titled 'Justice' Ministries, hypocritically reign over us while fully un-accountable for their actions.

On the surface there is a pretense of objectivity and fairness, purportedly based on the assessment of presented proof of fact, as it relates to a promised association with the Rules of Law.

However, in practice, especially when functioning as a Self-Representing Litigant, instead, the hierarchic establishment feels seriously threatened, making short shrift of the ever increasing numbers of SRL invaders by readily dismissing them, extracting them from any further nibbling at their sacred, well-protected domain.

Our democracy is a living farce, rotten at its core! At the foundation of any political system functions its legal system. When it is dysfunctional (as I have now had a six year nightmare proving) NOTHING else falls in to place. Why should it? Everyone involved merely caters to the status quo, i.e. the 'Company Store.'  (If THEY can do it/ WE can do it)

If you, or we, want to make a scapegoat out of our Environment Minister (like Mr. Duffy, or Justice Camp)  NOTHING gets fixed! Our ROOT cause lies with our foundation (legal system) where, according to a Civil Rule created in 1870 in Ye Olde Engelande (yes we continue to all be Queen's subjects),  NO ONE IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANYTHING THEY DO IN THEIR DAILY DUTIES. .......Can you believe it? 

ERGO: If we really want 'change', THAT's where to start, in Ottawa, demanding/ insisting, on Major Reform in our so-called  'Justice' System. ....Until then, we are all living a LIE!

Yet not a drop to drink! ...

Life = Energy and Death = Inertia!  So what ye gonna do?

Even at my age, I continue to be interested and motivated. Life is short, and soon enough, I too will be reduced to bones and fodder for the creepy crawlies. Still, while homo sapiens, erect and curious, I am intrigued by the creepy crawlies running things above the nether soil, as I manage to direct my path as well as I see fit. Fortunate I am indeed - in this FREE, but nevertheless manipulated world!

Reflecting on these past years, I now have proof our Legal System is run by well-paid, legalese infected, wayward souls. We all got to create a living... At the same time I keep a daily conduit open to recalcitrant, well-meaning folk who render themselves by expressing their woes in various cloaks of causes, while constantly seeking our most needed financial contributions. And for a good long stretch, I diligently signed their daily petitions, and 'GAVE' some along the way!

But now, more learned (wiser?) I come to realize -

ALL EFFORTS ARE FOR NAUGHT!  We are jerking off at our core, without fully realizing the greater picture that other dimensional forces are running our actualities.

SO! As I am going through these adjustive changes I am in the throws of ridding myself of all my daily inputs of ongoing valiant causes. I am stopping myself from signing any further petitions to save the Orang-Utan (Man of the Jungle); I will no longer sign on to stop the conglomerate chemical pesticide companies from killing our precious bees, or struggle to realize our turn-coat Prime Minister is signing up with China to deliver our oil to them in vulnerable tankers from the west-coast!

I am done with our cumulative piddling efforts that gain absolutely no results. As my former wife expressed so brilliantly! IT IS WHAT IT IS!

Never believing it before, it is now taking me to sojourn in a different direction.

So, to re-cap: the "silent majority" staking out the moral high ground here decided to make itself heard -- by electing a twice-divorced semi-literate; a pathological liar; a silver-spoon serial bankrupt who consistently leaves working-class Americans holding the bag when his half-baked business ventures fail; a guy who once lost $1 billion in a single year but who is too gutless to release his taxes and so cowardly that he kept repeating the sad little "audit" lie even after all of us knew he was simply too much of a punk to man up and show us the returns (the way that every other prez candidate has done for 40 years); an admirer of Russia's autocratic thug and No. 1 enemy of America, Putin; a hero to white supremacists and other spittle-flecked racists everywhere; a man who routinely calls women "pigs" and worse in public; a thin-skinned con man with his panties forever in a twist about those nasty mainstream journalists who insist on reporting on his self-aggrandizing fabrications and his countless lawsuits; and a man caught on tape bragging about sexually assaulting women in a way that perfectly articulates the basic tenets of "rape culture": namely, if you're a man, and especially if you're famous, women are to be used, abused, and discarded.

I guess all of that is behavior that passes for admirable and worthy of celebration among right-wing Americans these days. Good to know. I feel better knowing the sort of opponents that I -- and tens of millions of other REAL Americans -- will gladly be fighting against for the next four years.

Though beautifully voiced, it may be more about dealing with the devil you know, than the hidden factors of the angel you don't. What is most grotesque here is to have endured these two, as the ultimate representation of a purportedly 'developed' and free society. Bottom line shows we may be technologically advanced, but as a species, we have morally gained zero since the old Greek and Roman days. We continue to fight lions in an emporium. Hail Caesar! Et tu Brute?

So .....time ....will continue to unfold, as it does - with - or - without us.

'Shit' will be flying. 

As a President, like many before him, he will likely find out that everything is not just a quick business deal. He is no longer just the one and only decision maker, and may well become hugely frustrated with all of those who continue to run the systems they have so comfortably created.

But, guess what? He will be a catalyst for change. 

I actually feel that the possibilities for a whole new order, with or without his directives, will manage to set out its roots. Younger generations, no longer held back by the former stifling status quo, will build their new, and more enlightened formats in more trustworthy, caring and sharing systems.  

Part of that, I feel, will include the need to look more seriously at our foundations. 

And that will HAVE to include our seriously self-serving, and corrupt legal system.
